A Letter to Our Patients

Subject: Our Patient’s Health is our #1 Priority ~ Prioritizing People over Profits 

Our family would like to thank you for selecting Audiology Services as your primary hearing healthcare provider. We are thinking of all of our patients during these trying times.

On March 19, 2020, Governor Wolf ordered all non-life-sustaining Businesses in Pennsylvania to CLOSE Physical Locations. In addition, Governor Wolf added the Lehigh Valley to the “Stay at Home Order” on March 25, 2020.

“To protect the health and safety of all Pennsylvanians, we need to take more aggressive mitigation actions,” said Gov. Wolf. “This virus is an invisible danger that could be present everywhere. We need to act with the strength we use against any other severe threat. And, we need to act now before the illness spreads more widely.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in enforcement action that could include citations, fines, or license suspensions

At Audiology Services, we hold ourselves to a high standard of care. Our patient’s health has always been and will always be our #1 priority

As of March 19^th, we discontinued the following services during this time per the Governor’s order: hearing aid supply pickup in the front vestibule and hearing aid drop off for in-house repairs

Audiology Services will remain CLOSED until Governor Wolf lifts his order. Please note that all phone calls will be answered

Today, I will be on a webinar conference with Starkey Hearing Technologies and Oticon to discuss the spread of COVID-19, when we anticipate hearing healthcare providers reopening their physical locations, and how we can best serve our patients during this time
